In the beginning of teaching-The teacher will use both language Hindi and English to talk to the students. Teacher will clear the face of village by different type of examples asWhere are big clean roads? The students will answer as they know, market, Shahar, Bazar etc. Teacher tells that where there are big clean roads, big shops, high buildings etc. is called city (Shahar). In the same way where there are farms, animals, big trees, plants etc. is called village. Now showing colourful chart, teacher will ask: What are you seeing here? Ans is well, bullocks, farm, mandir, trees etc. |

Mid of the Period-Now the teacher begins to read the chapter aloud. He/She will repeat every line two or three time to clear meaning correctly. Teacher takes a meaningful pause on every new word. He will tell them to repeat. Teacher clears the meaning of every line by giving the examples of their own village to make understand them. |

3. | At the end of the chapter reading- Teacher will ask the students to read the chapter aloud and he goes to every student to observe them. He motivates the students by patting their back and helps those who have any problem to read correctly.
Teacher asks some questions related to chapter-1. What is the name of village? 2. What types of trees are in the village? 3. Who drinks water from pond? 4. Are there post office, school and health centre in the village? The students give answer and teacher ensures that they understand properly. Teacher will talk to them about their own village co-relating with chapter to make it easy. Then he will write word meaning on the board, given in the chapter and says students to write in their notebook. |
